Working women have always had a place in God’s story.

Throughout Scripture, we encounter women serving as leaders and laborers, entrepreneurs and artists, prophets and patrons—women whose work, worship, courage, and influence advanced God’s purposes in the world. Yet their stories can often be overlooked.

Join Faith & Work Chicago for a local watch party of the 2026 Women, Work & Calling Conference, a national gathering designed to encourage and equip Christian women in every industry, life stage, and kind of work.

Together, we’ll hear biblical teaching, honest conversations, and practical wisdom as we consider the strength woven into our created design, deepen our courage through the examples of faithful women, and learn to lead with righteousness and generosity in our workplaces, churches, communities, and homes.

The livestream will feature women from a variety of professional and ministry contexts reflecting on the opportunities and challenges working women face. Our Chicago watch party will also create space to connect, share lunch, and experience the conference alongside other women from across the city.
