Malissa Mackey

Malissa has served on staff with the City Ministry of Cru since 2015, having directed the Campus Ministry in Detroit and Chicago for 18 years prior to that. In 2016 she began partnering with her church, Holy Trinity Church, to direct Faith & Work Chicago. Malissa graduated with a Master of Arts in Theological Studies in 2022 from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry in Theology from Northern Seminary. When she’s not reading, Malissa loves living in Wicker Park, traveling around the world, and cheering on her Chicago Cubs.
Ben Nussbaum

Ben serves as the Associate Director for Faith & Work Chicago in addition to his full-time role as a Senior Advisor at the Impact Foundation. He has a history in sales and consulting. Ben has studied theology at Wheaton College and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, in addition to being a 2020 Burnham Fellow. He and his wife, Emma, have one daughter and live in Smith Park, and are members of Holy Trinity Church.
Nick Bannister

Nick is a Sales Manager for The Good Book Company and holds a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. The primary foci of his research were theological ethics and historical theology. Prior to his position at The Good Book Company, Nick was a curriculum editor at David C Cook Publishing for four years. Nick lives in Evanston with his wife Katie and loves (non-American) football and being a member of Edgewater Baptist Church.
Sully Curtin

Sully is the Executive Pastor for Holy Trinity Church and Director of Ministries for Neopolis, a global church planting network. He received his M.Div from Trinity International University in 2017 and his Master’s in Missiology from Edinburgh Theological Seminary in 2025. Sully lives in Wicker Park with his wife Laura, their sons, Callaghan and Jameson, and their daughter, Kennedy.
