Cultivating Creativity

  • 218 South Wabash Avenue Chicago, IL, 60604 United States (map)

There’s a spark of creativity in each of us waiting to be ignited. There’s a God who spoke the world into being and invites us to fill it with goodness, truth, and beauty.

Join us for a special evening hosted by the Holy Trinity Institute to explore the role of the arts, specifically music, in our life and work. Whether you work in a creative industry or not, we all bear the image of our creative God and are called to reflect Him in all we do. We're looking forward to music and conversation with talented artists: davy, the Colonel and the Husk, and Ryan Teich. They'll share about their creative processes and reflect on what it means to image God through their craft.

davy is the recording project of singer-songwriter + producer duo Megan and Daniel Tavani. The Boston-based couple will headline the evening sharing stories and weaving their classical background with indie-folk & alt-pop music. Colonel and the Husk and Ryan Teich will also perform sets of original music and all will participate in a panel to further explore our themes.
