Dungy is the first African American coach to lead his team to win a Super Bowl. He coached with kindness and dignity. He led by serving. Dungy is a writer and speaker who has also been through deep personal tragedy and overcome immense adversity. He will share insights on leadership, teams, faith, and integrity.

Prior to FOX Sports he worked at ESPN, The New York Times, The Akron Beacon-Journal, and The Cleveland Plain Dealer from 1990-1994.
